Our flock of heritage breed English Leicester sheep has grown from our first purchase of 8 breeding ewes in 2021. The English Leicester breed first arrived in Australia in 1826 from England. This breed is prized for both their wool and meat. Our ewes normally lamb in September/October and many give birth to twins and sometimes even triplets.
Wethers, ram lambs and young ewes are for sale at different times of the year. Enquire by calling us on 0408 422 664 for sheep sales.
Guests staying at our villas have the opportunity to book a guided tour of the farm to meet and greet the sheep and horses (weather-dependent). Includes feeding the sheep and cuddling with the lambs during lambing season. This tour can be booked at check out as an add-on.
Price $25 per villa.
